- Updated design includes a 30 mm hex for preload adjustments, a 2” (50 mm) extension, and a foam cut-out storage tray for convenient organisation.
- Functions as the standard power unit for the Sykes Pickavant hydraulic puller range, while also being compatible with alternative puller systems such as 3-leg pullers, ball-joint extractors, hub pullers and suspension-bush removers.
- 1½″ diameter ram body and 16 tpi Whitworth thread for robust coupling.
- Grease-filled for improved lubrication and longevity under heavy loads.
- Direct-force design enhances stability under load.
- Delivers a maximum withdrawal force of 80 kN (~8 tonne).
- The new hex-head preload capability allows up to 4 tonne preload using a 30 mm wrench.
- Once hydraulic force is engaged, the unit maintains full power with minimal loss of ram travel. As the workpiece begins to give, additional stroke and power can be applied to ensure safe and effective removal.
