    Fortron Diesel Particulate Treatment (DPF) has been formulated for two applications:1. As a fuel tank additive to treat DPF contamination2. As a preventive maintenance tool Includes 2 x bottles of treatment fluid (DPF & ADT) for preventative maintenance and problem solving For preventative maintenance, both bottles should be poured into the vehicles fuel tank at the same time, as this will help the DPF regenerate at lower temperatures as well as maintain engine performance and efficiency For DPF contamination, add DPF treatment fluid only - as per instructions for ˜Problem Solver solution - see below. Then add the ADT fluid after the drive cycle is completed One kit will treat up to 50 litres of diesel fluid This treatment contains a proven catalytic additive which reduces the size of the soot particles produced during combustion, and lowers the temperature at which the soot is burned off during the regeneration process. This allows a more complete and rapid regeneration of the particulate filter, even under less than optimum driving conditions, such as prolonged urban driving cycles. Normal exhaust emissions will resume post treatment.If the DPF light does not go out, ask the vehicle owner to drive the vehicle for 48 hours and then see if the light goes out. During tests, 97% of DPF lights were extinguished either during the DRIVE or within 24 hours.
